Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return or exchange is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return or exchange
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return label and return address
- Carefully pack the item and ship it back according to the provided instructions
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (original route)
- Once your return is received and approved, please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped after your returned item has been received and approved.

We do not charge any restocking fees.
